DEEPLY MEXICAN SMOKY FLAVOR. AGED IN NEW AMERICAN OAK BARRELS AND OAXACAN MEZCAL BARRELS

Our signature whiskey is aged for 3 years in new American oak barrels, then aged for 6 months in Mezcal barrels sourced from a small producer in Oaxaca, the Mexican capital of Mezcal.

Mezcal is produced by baking the heart of the agave plant in an oven, in the same way as 200 years ago, which gives the fermented agave the base of a smoky flavour. Mezcal barrels give our whisky a unique and pleasant lingering smoky finish.

DESCRIPTION : 75.0% corn, 24.0% rye and 1.0% malted barley

ALC. VOL. : 40%

AGING : 3 years in new American oak barrels plus 6 months in Oaxaca Mezcal barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Light oak, vanilla, caramel, raisins, ripe berries, tobacco and chocolate with a smoky and earthy finish.
