A small batch release limited to 2,000 bottles, our 6 year old blue corn whiskey celebrates Mexican heritage with a natural, non-GMO corn from native blue corn originating in Mexico.

Blue corn has been harvested for thousands of years in Mexico. It contains about 20% more protein than yellow or white corn. The vivid color Deep blue is a result of its rich anthocyanin content, an antioxidant commonly found in blueberries.

DESCRIPTION : 87.5% blue corn, 12.0% rye and 0.5% malted barley.

ALC. VOL. : 40%

AGING : 6 years in new American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Light oak, crisp apple, pear, hints of vanilla and dried chillies, with a delicate peat finish
